just went for about a mile and a half... i think i might try and make a habit of jogging again. tonight was very spur of the moment though.

we ran about 2.5 miles this morning. down the beach, with push-ups and sit-ups in between running stairs

The kicker for me is that 3 of my 4 cars had v8s and one was a 6.6L.

So Mike1, I got one of my amps today and it says I need to hook it up with 4ga wire..... so now I'm gonna do 3 runs of 4ga!
