Big issue is the garage. Currently I have a 17 ft truck with a 14ft garage....with some minor remodeling of stairs, I may get my truck to fit.

Another con is the extremely small kitchen

It's a forclosure....current asking price is 127,9...but has been on the market for ~80 days. It needs paint and various TLC.

Tiled floor, fireplace..

Backyard is church property so I don't foresee them building behind me anytime soon...plus, it gives the "feeling" of a giant yard without actually having to mow it. It's a house I can grow into and make improvements on...the things I don't like are cosmetic...except for the garage thing. I'd hate to buy a new vechicle so it would fit in the garage.
