it was nothing but rain yesterday, and with a warm front that came in, got really foggy out,

we arent allowed to use water for much of anything.

cant water lawns, no car washing, no watering plants, no outside water use at all, and some water use based businesses are being asked to close their doors temporarily.

so that means no car washing, at all...

NC = severe drought. lakes and rivers are about 16-20' below normal levels. we got a good rain yesterday, but it was a long light rain, not a big heavy one.

I hear the whole appalachian region is hurting fierce. My dad is looking at properties on lake in the TVA areas and many are very dry.
