Plant manager for a liquid waste/recycler. Basically I put out fires all day. Climbing machines to fix something so I can keep production moving, directing crews, or getting on a lift to do some of the work myself if need be. I am not an "office" manager. I don't just push paper. I do however get moments like now where things are running surprisingly good and can post on CA ftw1 lol
