Another bad day, Hero?

Well, I guess Im getting something accomplished. Not a bad day, its too early I think.

But the cop, guess what he says to me when i get my VIN verified.

I tell him i need my VIN verified, he says ok, it will be a few minutes. So he sits there makes me wait. No big deal I guess. Bout 15 minutes or so.....

Anyway, we go out he says ok what do you want me to do? I was trying really hard not to have an attitude, I was being polite. I said Just to verify the VIN and sign this paper.So he signs the paper. And down next to where it signs it says if verified by an out of state officer it must be notazrized by them. So after he signs, I say also i think it has to be notarized by you beca...... he cuts me off and says "Im not doing that for you." So I said okkkaaayyyy, so What am I.... he cuts me off and says "thats all you get from me right there, thats as much as Im doing". So I just stop walking. Get on the phone and tell the tax collector in FL and she says its ok, just get a business card from him or something. SO I go ask him for a business card. he doesnt have one. So she tells me to ask for a letterhead or something that says MD state police on it or something, he tells me he doesnt have anything, and writes down his name badge number and phone number and says "thats the best im gonna do". And he says who are you talking to? I say the Tax collector. and just says oh. So I walk away. Luckily the lady said that was ok. Or else I would have been shit out of luck.

Everytime I talk to FL DMV or tax collectors about MD they can never believe the way MD DMV or police officers act/handle themselves or their policies. Im glad she was on the phone to actually hear it first hand.

yes including my uncle, because he could have done this for me, but didnt, so I had to pay $80 to get my car towed to the police station and back to my house.

definitly, luckily it was a person we work with or else it would have been way more than $80. When I called other places they wanted $150. I was like, come on, Im going right up the street and your tow place is like 1 minute from me.

I have a loooooong way to go before I could even think about cracking into the Top 10 (and I think I'd have to take a few folks out to get there...) but it might happen...
