and for future reference ...heat gun on the window then pull off in one piece. Afterwards a bit of glass cleaner and steel wool - Done takes about 5-8mins per window.

or ... no heat gun? Pull the tint off, may be in pieces, but nonethless pull it off. Then spray it down with glass cleaner, let sit for a few minutes. Straight razor the glue off then clean with steel wool.
