i got a question for you fellas.

Do some jobs usually do background checks before interviews, all i have done is send in my resume to this job and i called them today to follow up on the status of an interview, and he told me he hasnt heard anything back from the background checks.

jus wondering if hes pulling my leg, cause i really want this job
