Crunch GP3000D-Pro bass knob?

my Crunch GP3000D-Pro will be here tomorrow and i've read some people didn't get a bass knob with the amp even though its supposed to come with one. Has anyone bought one brand new and it came with a bass knob? If not where can i get one?

Bought mine BNIB, it did come with a bass knob.

I did not use it however, it is not a remote gain, it's a crappy bass boost knob. I don't run bass boost on any sub amp, so I just put the knob right back in the box.

ok, so i just use my pioneer deck's subwoofer settings to raise or lower the bass? sorry for being so noob, this will be my first real system.

I bought a crunch amp probably 6 months ago. I returned the amp; but it absolutely did not come with the knob; even though it shows one on the box.

In a properly set up system the bass should be set to go up & down with the volume. If your wanting to turn it down beyond that, most stereos have a way to turn off the signal to the subs. It depends on what deck you have.
