Crimping 1/0 AWG Ring terminals???

i use a parking block thing(things you see in parking lots) cause i can slip the tip under it to hold it in place. then just push the wire into the crimp nice and firm. then just hammer it. after it's "crimped" i wrap them in electrical tape.

The crimp tool is something you'll always be glad you bought. It can fit slightly larger than 4/0 terminals in it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
$8.... why not //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. It sucks not having one.

using something that has a small blunt tip such as a screw driver and hammer it through on both sides... IT will never come loose if you do it right. I have a large metal file that has a 1/8" long tip that i used to pound all the way through and it holds it tight as hell. Takes a few hits though
