i had mine recently checked equfax and im at 779. im only 20 but i have been making payments on stuff since i was 15 and a half.

I have done it 10 years and I make 24.75 an hour,but it's not what you earn it's what you do with it,look at my car and my gear in my sig,I live carefully,some of the shit I see people buy blows me away 500.00 on a sub and shit like that,Never

The 1 i live in (eastlake)was not cheap,but we bought a short sale townhouse for 165 grand last december and the tenants rent covers the mortgage and property taxes and we cover the HOA(250.00)now I'm trying to buy a short sale 2 br condo for 115 grand and i will upon renting it out be in positive cash flow which should cover the 250.00 i pay for the other place.

Too many cc's are not good ,I have 2 with 10 grand limits and I owe 230.00 total

a guy driving a Hyundai has a credit score of 805........I am not buyin it sucka,save the BS ..
