My coworker was standing outside his house the other night and saw to guys arguing, then one of them pulls out a gun and shoots the other in the leg. All over a bag of weed. It was on the news and in the paper the next morning.

I found that odd as well.
In TN, they typically don't show photographs of minors.

Most of those were over 18. The 17 y/o is prolly being charged as an adult, given the nature of the crime, which might be why they can publish his name and picture.

in georgia.. you can be tried as a adult at 17
