It looks like there is a bit of a gap on part of the "finger" I don't think you can get your hand in a position to look like that.
Also, look at how the eye is sitting. It looks like it is IN the face, rather then sitting on the hand.

I understand the eye part. I agree! Haha that's why it's weird. lol. But look at the ear. It really doesn't look like an ear. If it is...it is like cauliflower ear or something! I don't know.

that can't be a hand, because where the thumb would be, where many refers to as the ear, that portion is too big to be a thumb. That is assuming the pix is cut off where the wrist should be

If it is fingers: Hold your arm out straight. Point your index and middle finger straight down at the keyboard. Point your thumb straight right so it looks like an upside down L. Curl your 2 fingers a little bit. And you have what it looks like, right in front of the camera phone.
