EDIT: It looks like 2 fingers side by side with an eyeball. That's my conclusion.

I think it's even more than just the lashes but the fact that the eye is underneath the skin, just like how an eyeball would be. So it's not a hand that's holding something

It looks like there is a bit of a gap on part of the "finger" I don't think you can get your hand in a position to look like that.

Also, look at how the eye is sitting. It looks like it is IN the face, rather then sitting on the hand.

that can't be a hand, because where the thumb would be, where many refers to as the ear, that portion is too big to be a thumb. That is assuming the pix is cut off where the wrist should be
