Crazy head unit problem.

I have installed a simple Pyle DVD player with a 4ch amplifier in my mom's car. The amp dvd combo sounds great except whenever we use the blinkers, brakes or high beam switch all the sound goes to one speaker!!! (Right front speaker)

I noticed it wasn't the amp because the output signal to it goes away. It doesn't happen every time and seems to do it more often when using the aux RCA connection. Could this be caused by some ground loop/ground problem?

did you use a wire harness to hook up the deck to the factory wire's, or did you cut out the factory harness?

allso did you run wires from the amp to the speakers themselves?, how did you go about hooking everything up?
