I have a pretty strict policy of not dating/hooking up with girls at my work. It just gets weird if something happens and if you care about your job (not sure about Wendy's) it can make you start to hate it. Also, I know when I don't want to hangout with my girlfriend or I have to lie about where I am I always just say I have to go work.
