Crap, I'm a noob again

It's been a while, and the world has changed. Some companies have gone from good to bad, bad to good, and some have just gone. I know only enough to know that I don't know enough...

Back in the day, I spent a few hundred posts on the caraudioforum, a wealth of information, but I grew weary of the flaming... hope to get away from that here. My first search was for Warbleed... what's up old friend? (the big jon)

My current setup includes a Kenwood xxv-01d (good time hu), Memphis ST series amps (1500x1, 75x4), Dynaudio GT comps in glass kicks, and 2 Adire Tempests that have seen better days. I've done many several installs, but like I said, I have know idea who's who any more.

My motive is to find replacements for my Tempests. I plan on finding someone to glass my trunk (03 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V), and I would like equal sq and spl while using less space. I will stick with 15's (or one) and need some recommendations. 1500wrms, and I like the idea of a single ported 15.

Does anyone read much of these intro posts? (I usually don't)

Bummer you arnt closer I could glass your trunk for ya.

My buddy had a 03 spec-v, fun cars. We put some Orion HPs in his, nothing special but they made for great SQL subs. What were you looking to spend roughly?

If you're looking to get away from the flaming, this might not be a good place to be in. And warbleed hasn't been around for awhile. But he does come on sometime...

Between sub(s) and glass, I would rather not spend more than $1000-$1200. American Electronics (who I will never go to again) said they could do my trunk for about that much. If I can find someone that won't screw me like they would, well, that'd be a good time. I'm not even looking for finishing/painting. Carpet is just fine--just looking for use of space and a good shape.

x2 on that. Car audio discussions take a back seat around hear,and flamings are a regular everyday occurence. I like the classifieds,and some of the tech threads. Good luck and welcome.
