Well I found a car from outta town ...on craigslist....It was suppose to be an older VW Diesel car ...the seller claimed it run really good and had about 200,000 miles...I was gonna get it for a work car.....Since Ive been working out at the farm lately I couldn't go pick it up...the guy wanted $3000 for it...but I talked him down to $2500 and he was gonna deliver it for another $200 ...So amyway he said he could deliver it today...I left him $2700 cash here with the ole lady.....She called earlier and said the car was dropped off and looked pretty good on the outside...so she paid the guy....Well I get home and find out its a gas engine not a diesel and it barely runs , smokes like a freight train....and the speedometer is fvcked ...So Ive been trying to call the guy and he wont answer his phone and has taken the add of craigslist //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif This injun may be getting ready to get on a war path.....

Dude, you bought a car without looking at it yourself? I mean if you had a buddy that was a car guy or something I could see it, but having your ol lady make the call was asking for trouble.

If the engine is fuxxored I'm not sure it would even be worth $400.. lol.. sorry bro...

If it sat for a long time the piston rings could be stuck causing it to smoke.. if ur lucky thats all that is wrong..

Well its not a diesel like advertised...I wouldn't really care if it smoked a little then...but being a gas engine...its not worth anything...

Hate to say it dude, but you kinda set your self up throwin cash around like that to random dudes on craigslist.

Hell, when I met up to buy a car off CL I didnt even bring cash I checked it out 100% THEN told him I'd go get cash

The diesel motors are good to about 500,000 miles or more so at 200,000 it was just getting broke in good...because diesel burns way cleaner than gas...a gas engine is shot at 200,000
