Crackling Tweeter diagnosis

It happens specifically in certain songs on Riding with the King w/BB and Eric Clapton, doesn't really do it on anything else. I think it's the stronger highs on these songs that bring it out. I thought maybe it was just picking up some sort of problem with the recording itself at first. When it hits certain highs when BB howls or when he strums the upper notes on Lucille I get a crackling sound while listening at medium volumes. But if I turn it closer to my max volume everything clears up and the crackling disappears.

Any guesses? It's coming from the pax side.
