Covering screw holes in doors

I played around with my tweeters in different places on my interior door and I'm left with screw holes which I need to cover up. I was going to fill them with a little epoxy then dab a little paint on them to match the plastic. Any better suggestions?

(At first I tried out some tweeter positions using only tape and no drilling but after I drilled of course I wanted to move them around a bit more. I have Pontiac Sunfire w/dark grey interior.)
