Coustic 241SE

I've just started working on my system and I picked up a Coustic 241SE 2 channel amp and a 10" Memphis (??) sub. Is this good to start with and what do you suggest doing next?

sure it should give you a little bump. dont expect to break records though. there are a million ways you can upgrade. we need more info. what do you want??? components?? new sub??? new amp??? SQ?? SPL??? how much you have to spend???
