those are the subs....they're the only ones i know deep enough for my door and behind my seats

Yes you could do that. I do think it's a little bit of overkill (IMO). I would suggest running your 8's as subs and get a pair of quality 6.5 midbasses for your doors.

Yea it's a real cool idea. I just think in that small of a cab the 8's would be a little much for mids basses. I did the same install in a Ranger for a guy once using four Kicker 8's man those things sounded awesome. I did some pods on the door panel for some Kicker 6.5's, overall it sounded pretty good.
