Corner loaded fiberglass box

Im going to be building a sealed fiberglass box for the rear corner of my trunk. Im just wondering if there is any benefits as to which angle the sub is at. Would it be best to fire straight across my trunk left-right? Or maybe angle it slightly to the front of the car, or even angled towards the bottom of the trunk?

Im avoiding facing the sub to the rear and top of the trunk, to hopefully minimize any rattles.

It will be for 1, JL12w7-3. I know the sub seems to be a lil hated on this forum, but its what I got.
