Cops are usually very weary on car stereos. I love the whole classical music thing (I like Chopin, amazing bass), but if you are bumping some "Killa bitvh, mufvcka killa hx!" of course you are going to get swooped on.

Never bump in residential areas. Don't bump in town. If you're trying to show off, that's when you're gonna get busted. Use the general rule thumb that if you think it MAY be bothering someone, it probably IS bothering someone. Do you want to be forced to listen to something you don't want to listen to? Me neither. I generally only "let 'er rip" when I'm out on the freeway or on the interstate. You're not really gonna bother anyone there.
