I really am not a fan of all the recent Obama-bashing as the fact that he did win the election, its over, McCain lost. Crying about it is not going to help anybody in a positive nature.
Realistically, the professor should not have "verbally assaulted" the police officers who responded to the break-in call. However, i dont feel anybody deserved to be arrested. Arrests and tickets are given out way too easily these days.
Do i believe this was a race issue? Absolutely not. Is the professor in the wrong for believing he is being singled out because of race? Absolutely. Should Obama apologize for calling the police officers "stupid"? Not at all. They are trained personnel, that should be able to set "gung-ho" authority aside and deal with a situation in which no one was hurt, maimed, disfigured, or damaged in any way that would or should lead to an arrest.
Do i believe that real news is blocked out by anti-obama news, or political dribble that the average person has no control over? YES.

The professor was yelling at these officers and saying they were racist, etc... You cannot ignore that shit, and to boot there was a black officer there that said everything was by the book. The professor is a fucking racist crackpot, bottom line!!

I am sick and fucking tired of the race card. And if you were a cop you would be too. Nobody owes anybody a fucking thing. The playing field has been leveled for quite some time. The best thing that could come of this is that dumb prick professor will have his house broke into and actually need a cop and not one to be found
I agreed with you in saying that the race card was uncalled for. Nobody is owed anything. But i like how more and more police are getting caught doing stupid things because of more and more common technology. Police officers are supposed to be stand up citizens that model and exemplify enforced laws. Not "verbal assault" crybabies or officers that beat up crack*****s for the fun of it then post it on facebook like retards. (Was on the news this morning)

I hear that and theres a bad few in every bunch but what I see as the new trend is the scum looking for a big payday... civil suits out the wazoo. I hate that. Recently there was a bum gay
smoking a joint in the subway and when cops apprehended him his baggy pants fell around his ankles. The cops jabbed his hole with the 'nightstick' and he walked away crying with his head on Sharptons shoulder and 10 million in the pocket.
The scum also likes to position themselves where they know a security camera is taping and antagonize the police to assault.
