Sold Coolizm = Scammer....?

I just bought an item off of her and she has not replied now in three days. It has been well over a week since ive gotten the item. She gave me no tracking code or anything.

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with her on here and if they have experienced the same problem...?

actually paypal is owned by ebay not a merchant, and paypal is no help because their protection is pretty bogus. They submit a letter to the person saying respond within 30 days or we will take money from your account. but in that time they can remove all the money from their account and paypal does not have the right to enter their bank account to remove the money. So the person gets that account closed then they open a new account with a new bank account number which is free with all the free checking accounts banks are running now.

I never deal with people who cant even list the prices in the thread.... I think that is bull shit. And this is exactly why I would never buy off someone who signs up and lists chit for sale right away. Gotta use your heads guys.

As for karma I must say, Most scandalous foks I know are locked up or different people cuz they got hella foked over.

just file it with your CC company and they will remove the payment from paypal and then paypal will remove it from her acct

if you used your chekcing account to pay with paypal, your money is gone. Paypal will give the person a chance to prove that they sent the item. After a few days or weeks, paypal will try to refund money in the sellers account to your account. But theres one problem....

If theres not money in the sellers account then paypal aint gonna do shit but just leave the case unresolved.

By time paypal tries to refund the money back to the buyer, the sellerwill have already taken out all of the money in the paypal account. The only hope you have is by paying with credit card instead when you use paypal. This way, you can call your credit card company and they will refund your money.

I sent her $300 paypal from my bank account 2 or 3 days ago. No word and just found this thread. What should I do? I sent a threat to ship the item. If she does not respond in the next 2 days I am taking it up with Paypal and on here also. $300 is very hard to come by at $6.05 an hour and bills to pay.

It is too late I think, I just files a claim against her on paypal and sent her an email letting her know.

dross what exactly did you buy??? File a claim with paypal right away just to be sure. If, I repeat IF you do acutally get what you paid for and it was delivered as described and to your satisfaction, then you can cancel the dispute. Right now you need paypal to help you.

This thread is only going to get longer as this ******* continues stealing from people....which is a felony.....did you hear that coolizm???? You are not making very many friends here are you..........

I sent him $300 via Paypal for 1 iPod 60GB Photo still in plastic. I never have heard a word since she recieved the money. And after 2 days i searched about her and found this thread. I have filed a claim. I will keep fighting this, hopefully get back my money also. $300 is an ungodly amount for me to spend since my transmission just dropped and I owe $850 for the rebuild. She better send me back my cash or send me the item.
