Converting a flip down dvd to a headrest monitor?

I have a chance to get to great alpines overhead dvd players and I wanted to see if anyone has taken the monitors off the flip down and then placed them in the headrest.

i could do it... youve just gotta be real carfull when taking the case apart

I do have some electronic skill with soldering and so forth.. I think it would be cool to save alot of money for alpine screens

get the screens, sell them, buy the right kind...
