FYI You can use a 16 or 18 AWG primary wire (most remote turn on wire) and push it onto the pins. Cut it clean, do not strip the insulation, use some small needle nose pliers and push it on. The insulation on the wire will spread enough to insert and hold the pin. It's a good temporary measure when you’re in a bind and you know the pin functions.
It looks like a Pioneer of some sort, it'll help if you include the brand and model. Plugs from different brands can fit the same but have different colors and wire function, which could be very bad.
