yes, if i just met the girl and happen to not be any type of intoxicated i will wrap up.... But to be honest i have only had *** with one girl so far and i dont wrap any more because we have been together for so long i know she doesnt have a disease and i know when to pull out.

It depends on the situation, but in your case (op) i would wrap it up

edit: i just wanted to add. Me and ole girl have done it numerous times and tried all different types of things. No condom no mater if its thin, thick, lubed, etc. etc. feels as good as without one. I have tried and it cannot compare. I think i bust a nut 4x faster w/o a condom than with one on. Wearing a condom to me is like being drunk..... bustin a nut just doesnt happen.
