CompVR's or TS-W306's?

I've used the search button and read numerous threads on both subs. I've also went around to different online stores to read reviews. Still, I do not know which to choose.

Two 12" Kicker CompVR's vs. Two 12" Pioneer TS-W306's?

SQL is my goal. I've read good and bad about both subs. I've also read that these subs are in the same class, and in more than one case the TS-W306 has gotten the better praise.

So I need to know which is the better buy? I plan on getting some soon. Don't worry about the amp. I also need opinions on sealed vs ported for each of the choices.

cvrs. i've had them and been very satisfied.

if i'm reading you correctly, the TSW306's are about $70 shipped where as CVR's are $95 shipped...

you could add another $40 to the CVR's and get the tsw3kspl's...but between those cvr's and 306's, i'd go with the cvr's...

if you're not concern about space get the cvr's cause they need big box, but they pretty much similar, the piooner have better sound quality.

I would go with the 306's and i have used and owned both drivers... the 306 can get as loud as the cvr, sound a lot better than the cvr and is cheaper than the cvr.

So from the people that experienced JUST the CVR's and not the TS-W306's, CVR's get pretty Loud, but lack Sound Quality?

From the people that experienced both, the TS-W306's have better sound quality and get almost as loud as the CVR's if not louder?
