Computer monitors and Magnets = BAD!

Well... i put a 6.5" a little too close to my screen.... and now my screen is FUQQED. lol. I cant figure out how to get the **** color back... and ideas?

yea on the bottom of your screen there should be menu buttons where yoy can go through menus and degaus it

lol... you **** too! And no.... neither of those things worked. Its just a little color in the bottom left of the screen now.

If you have a repair store near by you could swing it by there. There is a thing called a demagnitizer. http://www.hozan.co.jp/page_e/cata_e/ETC/HC-33.html If the shop is cool theyll just run it all around your screen and you will be done. Takes like 20 seconds. (I worked at a tv/electronics repair shop)

Just turn it off and on a bunch of times. They have automatic deguasers when you turn them on. Eventually you will get rid of it.
