What's the difference between a good name brand memory (Micron, infineion/etc) and no name brand memory?

Dynamic RAM, or the RAM you're talking about, is made of millions of unimaginably tiny capacitors. Surely by now you know the difference between a good and bad capacitor in terms of how well it holds a charge, discharge time, ESR, etc. Now multiply that by the numbers of bits the ram stick will hold, and you have an idea why good ram is important. =)
