Computer guru's, please help!

Have a question about video such as youtube or just about anything to due with videos. Why would it only play like 2 seconds of a video and then just stop. Like the bar looks to keep loading the video, but it wont play. Do I need to download something to make them run? I know I have a decent video card, but maybe something is wrong with it. Anybody that could help, let me know. Much appreciation!

Thing is it plays videos on this one website that the girls go on, called trollz.com and they can play vid's from worlds funniest videos, but any other vids I try wont play.

Perhaps just rebuffering? have you triedclicking play again, or perhaps wait for the load bar to fill completely then hit play?

youtube is a .swf so youll need to update ur java and macromedia flash player would be my guess

http://www.free-codecs.com is the best place to get codecs IMO. What you should try is to delete all of your temp internet files and update java as posted already. Also make sure you are not using an outdated browser. What site are you trying to watch movies from?

I have xp professional and this is a brand new custom built computer with nothing on it. So I know I dont need to delete internet files. I may have to update Java though, thanks for that info.
