This wouldn't be the problem. If he pressed down once and it clicked twice it's his mouse. Period. Changing that setting would just be a bandaid over the real problem. That problem being that his mouse is sending his computer the data that he clicked the mouse twice when he only clicked it once. Go buy a new mouse. I can't live with out a mouse that has 'forward' and 'back' buttons. Makes forums so much more enjoyable. I have the Logitech MX1000, and it's BOMB.
