Its probably a memory leak, do this
Start menu > run > type "cmd"

cd C:\

del ntldr

hit Y

Then restart, report back if it helped or not

power settings.....the hard disk is turning off and you have to wait for it to spin up

that was my guess yes.....I had an issue with that before...tell it to never turn off hard disk or set it to something like 30 minutes
