comps in ported doors ?

i don't think comps will get any "better" response doing that.

what is your goal with this?

I would recommend IDXS65's their top of the line!

if you going more budget than that, ID CX or CTX65cs i'm running those and they like 200wrms all day long...

If you are looking for more low end output, you need subs, mid's aren't really designed do do the work of subs. like 80-90 hz and lower.

if it mades right, he'd probaly have a better response.. and defently be able to get them to dig lower.. hell in winisd, my midasses would play flat till like 60 if i had the right enclosure... but in my IB doors, its not doing that

Usaully if you are going ported with smaller drivers you would want to find ones with a lower Q value (.2 - .3) .. Drivers with a Q value of around .5 work better in IB applications . So if you go around those parameters and figure a way to incorporated the port correctly you may get lucky.. Just try to make sure your have the correct EQing/processing.
