components question needing suggestions

Vehicle is a 2008 chevrolet colorado. Looking for a set of 6.5" components to put in the doors. Maximum mounting depth is right around 2" for the mids. Budget is around $150 or so. Will be ran off of a small 2-channel alpine amp that puts out 50x2@ 4 ohms and 70x2@2ohms. Haven't been able to find many products that fit what I need. I listen to mainly country and occasionally rap/hip-hop, I would like a soft tweeter, not a metal one that will get harsh at high volumes. Choices so far include:

Polk db6501

infinity kappa 60.7cs

infinity reference 6020cs

re audio re series if the depth works

Any other suggestions or reviews on these choices? Again I need less than 2" depth and around $150 dollars.

Yea I have seen those but they are just a little too deep. There is no room behind the door panel to use an mdf spacer and the window is directly behind the speaker mount.
