arrite so im looking into upgrading my coaxials to some nice components, but the problem is that for installing the tweeters, do you need to make a hole in your dash all the time? are there any ways of installing the tweeters without making any holes? if so, can i have some examples? pics? thanks

some component tweeters have pod mount hardware so you wont need to make as big a hole to mount them compared to flush mount tweeters.

Look into comp sets that allow for braxial tweeter mounting or the ability to mount the tweet in the cone just like a coaxial. Brands that come to mind are MB Quart, Boston Acoustics, and CDT. What is your budget??

Also you can often mount them in a sail tim panel like mine are:



This way you can buy some $10 a peice trim pods to return it to stock. Hard to do that once you have drilled a 2" hole in the door panel.
