complete kicker setup, should i change these settings up a bit?

so, i was unhappy with the bass comin from subs, so i changed up some settings n sounds a lottt better but wondering if i can do any better.

got setup of(all 07models):

kicker zx3001

2 kicker 10" compvrs(vented kicker truck box)

kicker zx3504

4 kicker 6x8s

pretty sure its a bridged setup.

zx3001

-got the remote control bass boost set to highest

-gain set around 7-8

-xover low on

zx3504

settings are equal for amp1 & amp2(gain 3ish, hz about 80, b.b. 9)

-plus amp1+2 xover on hi?

-fader on

-input level on low

(pic below of this)

should i tweak these settings around a bit? just want it to slap a lil harder.

any help is appreciated.

bass boost is bad. and if you want it to slap get more power for your subs the CVRs are 400 RMS each right?

honostly if you want more bass out of em get a better amp. i had my 2 12s paired with a 750.1 and it hit pretty hard. id recommend the same amp for your setup without the bass boost and watching the gains...

correction, just the flat black comps, thought they were vrs.

well i tried that out by not having bass at all, and it sounded pretty shitty, barely any output coming from the subs, and when i got the bass boost on and setup, hit twice as hard

yes if you throw boost on it will sound (louder) but ur giving the sub a shitty signal and ten times mroe likely to f up your subs. i had those sets too off of a 600 watt mono and they were ok but i would save up and upgrade. jus my .02

haha yeah. just startin out basic til i get car that can handle few l7s

eh you can do bettter then l7s especially for the price. im about to sell my 9500 which i absolutly love and go with aq hdc3 line. they get loud and sound great doin it. l7s do get loud but to me thats all they can do they are sloppy with music

honestly if i had enough money, which i dont, id go with toxics.

local shop put a few in my homies car and blew out one of his windows.
