Yes people have run it at 1 ohm daily fine.

Make sure you have enough juice to back it up.

colossus draws a lot of current main reason i dont like it...

i noticed that in the tcab video, they had one type r 15 hooked to the colossus at 1 ohm and after impedence rise it was 2.2 ohms, but a 2.2 ohms it only did 1500 watts rms. are they severely overrated or something?

Orion 2500d... cheaper and way more effeciant than the colossus... and it'll do more power in your typical setup.

with 3 12's, grab dual 4's and run it at .6/.7 whatever that works out to.

i was going to get a colossus but after seeing that tcab tested it to only put out 1500 rms at 2.2 ohms, i decided to get the 2500d

how do you like it?..i have a 12" MT that im getting rid of but was going to use a 2500d at .5..what type of numbers are you putting up?

i wish i would have bought dual 4's for a .7 load. i am going to run two for now at

.5 ohms i think.
