Collossus cuts in and out on higher Hz and goes into protect on lower Hz

Guys please help me out. What could be the problem? I have a collossus @2ohms on 2 dual 2ohm 15" Fi Bls. I have a kinetic 2400 and 600 in the back with a redtop, 200amp EA alt , and big 3 under the hood. Someone was saying that my 18guage remote wire could be the problem...

if the remote wire is broken, then strong vibrations could be messing with it.

Try jumping your power to the remote lead and see what happens.

EDIT: i see what you are doing there............ the size of your remote wire is fine....altho it might be loose in the connection...if thats the case i usually take a small piece of larger wire like 10-12 gauge..wire nut it to the smaller wire then insert the larger wire into the amp connection. Altho if your amp is going into protect and not turning off, i suspect something else is going on

Exactly, the amp stays on but goes into protect. Its fine while i'm driving and engine is above 2000 rpms.
