leftovers from home are always good too... everytime my mom cooks i ask her to make somethin huge thats gonna have a lot left over.

working in a grocery store helps too, i stuff my face so much at work (damaged, stolen, or stuff that went out of date that day that we cant sell=free!). plus you know the sales and good deals, and if you're really good you can get access to the markdown gun

Yep. Every night, we are "suppose" to throw out about 10-30lbs worth of food away from our Hot Bar. We usually just take the food that isn't too nasty to the back so we can eat it ourselves. I ran out of bread one week so I ate peanut butter and jelly straight out of the jars for breakfast for 4 days. Ran out of spoons, resorted to forks. Ran out of forks, resorted to knives. I came back to my dorm every night after work and was too tired to go wash my dishes.

Yay for 14 credits of accounting and physics and 30 hour work weeks. And parties on the weekends.

Checkers 2 for $3 is the best deal. It puts McD's dbl cheeseburgers to shame.

After about a month I got burnt out on pizza, so now its mainly some sort of ground beef or chicken.

I don't see what the big deal about cooking is..

There really isn't much to learn??

Last year my brother did most of the cooking..I'd chip in one or two nights a week or cook my own..This year I catch myself cooking at least once a day..At least once a week I'll grill out and have some buds over to drink a few beers..

I have came to love cooking..never thought i'd say that
