cold surrounds

just wondering what you guys have found to be the best cold-weather surrounds. i'm partial to butyl surrounds, but they tend to freeze and turn rock hard. is foam-rubber the best? it gets colder than -30f, and i would like to not have to warm the sub up, lol...

foam is the best, rubber can get really hard

X2 on the foam.

Foam is not affected by the temp as much as rubber is. Of course the only down fall to foam is it will rot after a while.

i dont have a heater in my trunk so remote start dosent help. it best to let ur amp warm up too...

I always play one full song at half volume then I will crank it up but hell it only gets in the 20's here not below zero like you.

No its really not that cold. What go me was yesterday at 7am it was 60+ by 8am it was 30+.
