For good prices on cold cathode lighting, goto svc.com. They have Sunbeam brand CCFL's available for $6.49. That price is for 2 12" CCFL tubes with a dual-output inverter. CCFL's react with plexiglass the same way as regular neon does.....so anything you can do with a neon a CCFL tube will do.

I just had a look a t that site and the prices are really good. My only question is whether those tubes on there use the 12v side or the 5v side of the psu?

I'm a PC modder. I just finished my CoolerMaster "WaveMaster" case a few weeks ago. 4 CCFL tubes and 7 LED fan.....10 fans total. Here is a link to some pics....

modder here.

but I've moved away from that because of car audio in the last couple months =) kinda got sick of it too, seemed pointless and wasteful lol. now i just got a simple Lian Li case, no lights, no uv anything but its fast (3.32GHz) and silent (3 Panaflo L1As, 2 Zalman 92mm 5 volted).

but ya svc is good. =)

Cold Cathode = awesomeness! They are brighter, smaller and consume MUCH less power than regular neon lighting.

nice, but why so many fans?, kina the same thing where people put lcd screens anywhere they can in there cars, and just for show?
