COD: Black Ops: Opinions...

Things that need to be fixed:

Spawns: Ive been spawn killed more times in 3 days with this game than all other FPS games Ive played combined. Ive even been knife spawn killed...

Sound: I cant hear enemies around me, or claymores...

Chat: Sounds like crap

Other things people complain about is graphics, yes they dont appear as good as the last game, but I can live with it..

LIKES: no stupidazz noob tubes/rockets killing ppl from 30ft away. no shotty's 1 shot kills from 50ft away. can play split screen online, has zombies, decent customization (not a seller for me), no impossible type quick scope snipers. more online play types.

why do you need to hear claymores? that's like putting a gun like sound on a throwing knife. if you can't hear enemies or anybody around you, then something's wrong on your end. chat sounds different but its also louder.

DISLIKES: spawns **** my nutz, like nothin else. you'll always have campers not fixing that. online graphics are world at war, while single player looks good.

overall i think it's 10 times better than modern warfare. lol @ the jeep, i don't get why they try so hard to make things after games. it's pretty lame.

Is there a split screen offline menu? for regular multi? for zombies? 2 or 4 players?

yeah split screen is for mutliplayer, online and off, zombies online and off, for 2 players no more, i think anything more than 2 makes the pics to small to see anything on. oh yeah i forgot, no co-op on this game. also it records all games if you wanna see one of your matches again from anybody in the rooms perspective. and this game can be played in 3D which this game i think would be pretty cool.

Been playing the game for a week now. And love it. Hardcore Team death match feels a lot better. Takes less bullets to kill some one. I like that I can have a guest play online with me. Zombies is fun.

I haven't been noobed over an over again. Havent had the spawn thing happen to me ( I say yet). But in any game setting you can always spawn trap the other team.

I love it.

But i also love how it will spawn you outside 20 times while there is a chopper gunner.

The sound is a killer for me. They failed horribly at that. Also, hit detection is crap.

After playing for a while hit detection is less of an issue because you learn to just shoot a few more rounds, but the sound still s'u'cks.

I absolutely love the solo campaign...I've already beat it on Veteran, collected all the intel, and gotten every trophy (from the solo campaign).

The multiplayer has some cool features (co-op online, customizable characters) but I don't like that they really gimped the secondary weapons and that once you get a weapon you don't have to earn the attachments you can just buy them with the stupid COD points which are incredibly easy to earn (I have like 10 bajillion) so affording stuff isn't a problem.

Don't care too much about the zombies except for trying to get the trophies, I liked the Special Ops better...

I have yet to try online, but single player is decent. Graphics are good, sounds is so-so.....overall IMO I give single player 8/10.....not much an online guy, but will give it a go soon.

i know im late on this black ops hater parade, but im going to chime in. I like the game just because its fun and passes time. But, there are so many things that just piss me off about it. The servers plain old **** balls...i can never get in rooms with my friends or if i do, one of them/or me gets booted while loading into the game. Sniper rifles take two shots to kill someone, really? And two shots from a shotgun, really? And those fucking rc cars are annoying as hell.
