coaxials or components?

I never understood how much better components could sound over comparable coaxials (if there is such a comparison, really) until I bought the first set I ever owned. Unless it's for someone else's car and that's what they request I'll likely never buy another set of coaxials again.

DEFINATELY worth the extra expense and install hassle - no question about it.

Coaxials= cheaper, easy to install, typically don't have good midbass

Components= more expensive, a little harder to install, better tunabiltity than the "plug and play" coaxials (provided the crossover has jumpers for adjumstment), usually well worth the extra money if you are going to be adding subs or just want an overall nicer sound. And components typically have much higher power handling than components.
