yeah ive done that, i guess all thats left is testing the beast....

Fill it with water ... it won't hurt it. Mark your leaks with a pen or something else and go back and patch them up.

If the enclosure is of adequate thickness, it should be fine. Don't know if you did any bracing inside or not.

I'd paint that box to look like an eye //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

oh there is plenty of braces. I made ribs (6) the outermost two were solid triangular to create a better seal rather than going to points. from the side the back mdf is set at around 65-70 degrees. I can stand on it (120lbs) and it doesnt even make a creak, Im not too worried about how rigid it is. I think it could stand a really big fall. the shell has 5 layers of strpped woven glass mat. Im sanding it and bondoing it now. Im getting it painted the subaru blue i got my body painted to match it up. should look blingin. I thought about the eye thing, after i made the box haha i looked at it with the aw1200q in it haha the sub looks like a iris hahahaa
