Clif Designs CD60.4C 160W 6½” Components

Any one have any experience with these? Any pros and cons on them?

Manufacturer says the power handling is 160 watts. So that would be around 80 RMS, correct?

Would these run sufficiently with say 40-60 RMS?

They can be had on eBay for about $90 shipped, that's why I'm asking.
