So today I was playing MLB 2k6 on the xbox. I was playing with the Whitesox and the Cubs were the opponent. Whitesox were the home team. 9th inning I was down 13-10. First up to bat was AJ Pyerzinski, popped out with him, then Juan Uribe grounded out for the second out. The cubs then walked Posednik, I singled with Iguchi, moving Posednik to second, then hit a line drive single with Konerko to load the bases. Jim Thome at the plate, first pitch, walk off grand slam over the right field wall FTW.

It's just a walk off Grand Slam. A walk off hr isn't that big of a deal, but a walk off GS is. Simply b/c I scored all 10 of my runs from the 1st to 5th innings and couldn't do shit after that.

Oh ok. All I know is if I posted stuff about me hitting homeruns in tight games I would have a lot of posts from that. I have MLB 2006 the show on PSP. I want to get the Espn 2006 for my xbox 360. But I need gas in my car, lol!~

you gave up 13 runs? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
I had a rookie pitcher going. I traded one of my star pitchers for some offense, so I had to bring a guy up from AAA to go in my starting rotation. When you play on the hardest level, you make one mistake and it's in the bleachers.

i was playing some mlb game last year and i started career mode, and made a character for every position, with rediculous stats so i could just cream the other teams. i usually won around 20 to nothing. my pitches all threw over 100, one even threw 100+ curve.

then the end of the season came and the computer made them all go free agent and they all got signed to other teams because i couldn't afford to keep more than one of them.

salary cap FTL!

LOL @ this thread. I used to play the MLB2k series for my PS2, but I gave up playing video games. The only video games I play now are old school NES, SNES, Sega and MAME games on emulators on my computer.

excite bike and bubble bobble FTW!

we can talk about baseball games and NES at the same time. What about Baseball Simulator 1.000, or Baseball Simulator 2.000 for SNES, both of which I own.

I love playing "Let's Talk Baseball" on Sega, and also the entire RBI series. Although I do miss playing Mike Piazza's Strikezone for N64, it's just not the same on an emulator because of the lack of an N64 controller.

i downloaded a playstation emulator once, because my ps broke, and i wanted to play twisted metal until i could buy another playstation. it was the most stupid thing i've ever tried to comprehend. 16 and 8bit emulators are sweet, anything more than 3 action buttons and it's pointless if you don't have a computer controller.

Yeah definetly, I have a 4 button game pad pro similar to the SNES style controllers, it works good for playstation emulation too, but I just can't find myself keeping a 700MB .iso file of one playstation game on my computer. All of my SNES, NES and Sega games and emulators add up to less than 500MB total.
