Clarion Vrx765 with Dvh940 Surround Processor

I have the VRX765 head unit and was wondering if anyone has had this model and if so if they purchased the DVH940 surround processor. If so do you see and improvement in sound quality?

I had the dvs9755z prior to having this unit and the unit would not produce bass out of the rca sub out if the when listening to cds or any other two channel audio, does this unit have that problem. Also does it limit vocals on dvds to the center channel speaker only? I want to add this unit but not the center channel but it would be a waste of money for me to do this if you cant hear vocals out of all the speakers. Any advice????

I can't understand what your talking about. I have a 765 an it works perfectly fine just like ne other unit. I dont know about a surround processor either.
