Clarion VRX755VD uhhh ok?

I was looking at the Clarion VRX755VD on crutchfield. It says it will fit my 01 crown vic if I modify something but won't specify exactly. I also tried a bunch of random cars and they all said modified fit. Is there anything special about this that requires modification?

*edit* Some of the other in-dash units say the same thing. What's different about the units?

I assume they are telling you that you will need an aftermarket dash kit... Should be like $20.
